Our 24 hour seven day a week call center promises an immediate response. Upon receipt of the loss information, our disaster restoration specialist contacts the insured to introduce our company, detail our credentials and describe the services to be performed. Our staff coordinates a convenient time for survey and pickup. A uniformed crew will arrive within six hours from the initial contact seven days a week. The insured is advised at that time to select priority items that will be processed and returned within 24-48 hours.

Experienced On-site Crew

Each team dispatched to the site includes a crew chief with extensive restoration experience. After a full evaluation is performed our team leader communicates with the insured and the claim manager to address any questions or concerns. A Plus offers an on-site computerized room by room inventory or an express pack out with a detailed inventory mailed to the insured and the adjuster within three working days.

A Plus applies state-of-the-art technology by providing a computerized detailed analysis of all items. Coupling industry software with advanced technology we are able to provide a hard copy of an itemized inventory and a detailed digital picture of each garment removed from the site. This cutting edge technology archives the visual state of items in “real time” that were removed from the site at the time of invoicing.
